We have 4 boarding hutches reserved for boarding rabbits and guinea pigs.

The hutches are located within Hazel House which is a purpose built brick building which houses our rescued rabbits and guinea pigs.

We feed a high quality complete food complimented with fresh greens as required.

We use a wood shavings and hay substrate.

You are welcome to visit us and view the accommodation in Hazel House prior to booking your pet in during our normal opening hours.

Your pet will be housed in an indoor hutch and have daily access to an enclosed exercise area.

If you are thinking of rescuing a friend for your pet our experienced staff can provide a supervised bonding service during your pets stay at no added cost. Ask staff for details 01564823288.

Boarding dropping off and collection times:

Mornings: 9.00am-10.30am

Afternoons:  2.00pm-4.30pm

These times are specified to keep the disruption to the smooth running of the ‘SANCTUARY’ to a minimum. We hope that clients will appreciate this and adhere to our wishes.

If you are arranging for a third party to deliver or collect your pet you must advise us in advance.

Please note if you are delayed for any reason please let us know as soon as possible. If we have enough notice we will be able accommodate your pet until your arrival or if need be keep them an extra night but we do need to know as soon as possible as there may another pet due to come into that space.
